For fundraising gifts, Hospice & Palliative Care of the Gunnison Valley is a component fund of the Community Foundation of the Gunnison Valley.

PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT
Hospice & Palliative Care of the Gunnison Valley is a non-profit organization. Because insurance reimbursements do not cover all of the services provided, we rely heavily on support from individuals, businesses and other community groups to cover the cost of Hospice care. Our support services such as our Grief Support Group and Camp Good Grief are not covered by Medicare. Gifts to Hospice & Palliative Care are always warmly welcomed, and are tax deductible.

GARDEN OF REMEMBRANCE
The Garden is located at 1500 West Tomichi Avenue in Gunnison. Memorial bricks are available with a $100 donation, and include a personalized engraved message to memorialize your loved one.
